Heavy duty orange nylon construction (meets MUTCD) with silvers band for high visibility. LED light included inside the cone provides light for low visibility conditions, with 150 hours of use with 2 AAA battery (included) - steady or flashing mode. Usable temperature is -40ºF to 130ºF.
